I want to obtain a training certificate that guarantees me employment. This is a phrase I hear from many young people entering the job market, and I must deeply respect their point of view because, in the end, they are looking for a job opportunity to achieve their dreams. Unfortunately, saying “I want to obtain a training certificate that guarantees me employment” means you need to understand how employment works and the impact of certificates on hiring decisions.
Firstly, training program certificates, like those we offer, are merely proof that you attended a specific program in a particular specialization and passed the final exam for the training program. Therefore, the training certificate we issue to you, or any other entity in the world issues, supports your resume and increases your chances of getting more job interviews. However, it certainly does not guarantee you 100% employment.
Secondly, you need to understand that the hiring decision is subject to several factors such as: age, nationality, gender, religion, communication style, appearance, education, training, and way of thinking. Consequently, your educational and training certificates might be suitable for the job, yet you might not be accepted because you don’t meet other conditions like language, age, personality, appearance, or religion.
Thirdly, not everyone who meets the employment conditions will be selected for the job. This means if 10 individuals apply for a job, and 5 of them meet the employment conditions (i.e., suitable certificates, age, personality, and all conditions are met), and the employer only needs 2 employees for this position, the employer will hire 2 employees and not accept the employment of the other 3, despite them meeting the conditions. Therefore, every trainee must realize that they should pursue a training program for two points:
- To increase your personal skills for self-development.
- To increase your chances of getting a job.
