Participatory E-Learning

The American-Canadian Board of Professional Training celebrates the 13th anniversary of its establishment and take-off in the world of training and on that note, The American-Canadian Board of Professional Training sets in motion its very own platform for participatory online training.

The platform idea and how its participatory nature

The method of introducing the training program:

Our platform features a variety of benefits as trainings can be offered in multiple methods

The most realistic and globally widespread method (recorded lectures) where the trainer prepares recorded lectures and places them in the appropriate index after which the trainee watches them at a time and place convenient to them.

Synchronized (online) lectures where the trainees and trainer are present at the same time which allows participation but has the drawback of time constraints as well as internet service quality.

The method followed on our platform which we advise all members to apply:

·       That the trainer records their lectures and upload them on the platform.

·       Setting dates through the platform to hold online sessions for discussions and application.

·       Making 70% of lectures recorded and 30% of lectures online.

·       A test in the form of a question by the end of each lecture to measure trainees’ interaction.

·       Tests at the end of each unit or program to evaluate and assess the trainees’ levels.

·       The trainee has the ability to download training material from the platform in order to view it and answer activities

·       Through all of the above, the platform ensures there is complete interaction and the level of trainees is fully and accurately measured.

Secondly, cooperative methods between members:

We noticed that all training institutions do not offer entire programs for various reasons

·       Firstly, the institution may not have specialized trainers in all training programs

·       Secondly, the number of trainees wanting to subscribe to the program may not be feasible to establish an economically profitable training program

Hence, the idea is for each member to present a variety of distinguished training programs of their specialty through our platform, and all other members to market the training programs to their trainees, thus achieving collective benefit and profit as follows:

The trainer presenting the program:

·       Benefits from presenting their program on a free online platform

·       Reaching new trainees

·       Getting 30% of the training program’s fees

The member marketing/promoting the program:

·       Getting 30% of the training program’s fees

·       Presenting new training programs to their trainees

·       Keeping their trainers from going to competitors

·       Possess a variety of training packages of trainers and training programs

·       Benefit from high marketing power

·       Possess a free online training platform

Our vision

Creating an interactive and participatory environment between members of The American Canadian Board for Professional Training around the world in order to enrich the training experience for all sides – member trainers and trainees.
